Portions & Sizing
Wedding cake servings are traditionally 1"x 1" for fruit cake and 1" x 2" for sponge. Dessert servings are generally double these sizes.
The following chart shows the average number of servings for a sponge wedding cake, allowing room for cutting errors. Please double the number of servings for a fruit cake and half them for party slices.

Kitchen cakes are available from £20 for an 8" square cake to make up portions if the wedding cake you would like does not serve enough people.
